The Queer Standards Blueprint
Five parts. Thirteen lessons. A journey back to yourself.

A softer place to become yourself.
Every lesbian deserves a life where her love is not an apology, her needs are not an inconvenience, and her future has room for joy. Too often, women who love women are handed a story that leaves us out—or teaches us to settle for being tolerated. This transformation is an invitation to write something more honest, more tender, and more yours.
I created The Queer Standards Blueprint to offer space for the questions we do not always get to ask: What do I truly want? Where have I made myself smaller? What would love, friendship, and belonging feel like if I did not have to abandon myself to keep them? Across these thirteen lessons, we will tend to self-trust, boundaries, visibility, community, and intimacy with curiosity rather than pressure.
You do not need fixing, and no course is something every lesbian must take. What every lesbian deserves is support, possibility, and the freedom to choose her own life. If this journey meets you where you are, let it be a cozy corner in that larger becoming—not a promise of one perfect outcome.
Lesbians, including trans lesbians, women who love women, and LGBTQ+ people are welcome here. You may be bisexual, pansexual, queer, nonbinary, questioning, out, private, partnered, or single. There is no one right way to belong. Bring a cup of something warm, leave the performance at the door, and make a little room for your own voice.
With tenderness, NicoleA life chosen by you.
The Queer Standards Blueprint is a guided exploration of identity, self-expression, and connection for sapphic and queer people. It invites you to examine the expectations you inherited, name what matters to you, and practice choices that respect your needs and desires.
The course moves from understanding yourself to being visible, finding community, navigating intimacy, and integrating what you learn. Rather than offering a single way to be queer or a checklist for the perfect relationship, it makes space for your own values, boundaries, and definition of belonging.
Each lesson pairs its topic with a reading, practical exercises, and reflection prompts. You can record your reflections, choose an action to try, and return to your journal as your perspective develops. The emphasis is on small, thoughtful steps—not pressure to come out, adopt a label, date, or disclose more than feels right.
Who this course is for
For sapphic and queer people questioning old relationship scripts, rebuilding self-trust, exploring visibility, or seeking more reciprocal connections. You can be new to these questions or returning to them at a different stage of life.
No particular identity label or relationship status is required. Bring curiosity and a willingness to reflect; uncertainty is welcome here.
